Joseph currently serves as executive vice president of government payments. He is a payments executive with more than 26 years of experience in merchant acquiring and payment processing technology. Joseph has been instrumental in building the business by bringing new technologies to market.
Prior to serving as EVP of government payments, Joseph served as the VP of sales at CDE for more than four years. Joseph resides in Marietta, GA with his wife, Stefaney, and has two children, Charlie and Lorelei. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer.
Cindy serves as CDE’s vice president of government payments. She is responsible for managing our association partnerships and working with large retailer accounts to increase our revenue and customer base. Cindy has proven success in directing sales and client relations for a number of companies including Automatic Data Processing and Gateway EDI/Trizetto Provider Solutions.
Cindy has more than 20 years of experience in the payment processing industry which includes co-founding an independent sales organization, Pinnaclepay Merchant Services. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys hiking, gardening, working out and other outdoor activities. Cindy has one son, Joshua, who is an attorney with Fulton County, Georgia.
With more than 29 years of experience in the payments industry, Mike joined CDE in May 2021, bringing decades of industry knowledge gained from working for our partners Ingenico, Verifone and PAX As senior manager of point-of-sale solutions and support, Mike oversees our customer support department and leverages his knowledge of the hardware, software and systems that drive the product solutions we deliver to our customers.
Prior to CDE, Mike spent more than 16 years with Ingenico. Starting as a technical engineer and deployment supervisor for Checkmate Electronics, he was then promoted to systems integration manager for IVI Checkmate and Ingenico. Mike then transitioned to the sales support team at Ingenico as a senior systems engineer, where he supported major retailers, such as Kohl’s, AutoZone and Walgreens. After Ingenico, Mike worked at Verifone for 12 years, supporting major retailers, such as Lowe’s, Kohl’s, IKEA and GAP. In the year before he joined CDE, Mike worked at PAX as a senior sales engineer, where he worked with their major bank account and critical ISO partners.
Mike was born and raised in Dyersburg, Tennessee and served in the U.S. Navy for five years after graduating high school. He then attended DeVry University, formerly the DeVry Institute of Technology. Mike is married and has three daughters (plus his daughter’s dog, Binky). In his free time, Mike enjoys socializing with friends, walking around his neighborhood, mountain biking and watching his favorite NFL team, the Tennessee Titans.
As the senior director of marketing and communication, Kelly owns CDE’s marketing strategy, identifies business opportunities, strengthens CDE’s market presence, manages the brand, leads the marketing team and builds strategic relationships with external parties, such as the media, stakeholders and potential clients.
Throughout her 17-year career in the technology industry, she has held various senior-level marketing positions at software companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies. She has also spoken at more than 60 conferences nationwide.
Kelly graduated from Kennesaw State University and speaks English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and French. She and her husband, Frank, enjoy spending time together through a wide range of activities such as golf, billiards, racquetball, biking, hiking and gardening. Kelly also enjoys singing, songwriting and playing guitar.
