Immediately following the discovery of a Barcode Payment that was transacted in a fraudulent manner due to customer or employee fraud, you must communicate to InComm via fax, phone or overnight mail all information in your possession regarding such fraudulent transaction and InComm will immediately attempt to cancel the affected product or service.

  • InComm will not have any obligation to refund or recover such funds. Customer will be responsible for all consumer and employee fraud.
