To make sure the equipment is properly connected, the Terminal Services Representative will walk you through a terminal resync.
1. Navigate to the Admin menu using the purple buttons.
2. Select the “F” key correlating to Terminal Tasks.
3. Select the “F” key correlating to Resync Terminal.
The terminal will reach out to InComm, and if the transaction is successful then the equipment will complete the resync and return to the previous screen.
