NEVER take credit card payments over the phone.

  • Customers MUST always be present in the store to provide valid payments for any pre-paid product.

NEVER give a PIN number over the phone.

  • Neither InComm nor Product Suppliers like GreenDot, T-Mobile, AT&T, etc. will ever call a store asking to verify PINs or to have the store print a PIN on the terminal.

NEVER give terminal information over the phone.

  • InComm Representatives will never call a store asking for terminal information, unless the store initiates a call to InComm (example: Terminal Support).

ALWAYS secure payment.

  • Ensure that payment is secured before handling the customer any pre-paid product.
