As an alternative to adding users through the terminal menus, you can contact Merchant Services to create your initial users or add new ones. After Merchant Services creates the users, resynchronizing the terminal will download their user names, security levels, and security codes. This overwrites any information currently on the terminal.

Managers can download the list of terminal users at any time to ensure that the terminal’s list of users matches the list maintained at InComm.

To download the list of terminal users:
1. Start at the Admin Options Menu. Select User Management.
2. Scroll using the down button to the next screen.
3.Select Download Users.
4. The terminal contacts InComm to download the list of users.
